Welcome to Timeless Chikankari.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, https://timelesschikankari.com, and your purchase of products from our online store.

Timeless Chikankari is operated by Anand Tiwari, trading as Timeless Chikankari, in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service, subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Products and Craftsmanship

Timeless Chikankari offers premium women's ethnic wear, including traditional Chikankari garments, embroidered ensembles, unstitched and semi-stitched suit materials, and selected handcrafted collections.

We strive to ensure that all product information, including fabric composition, embroidery details, measurements, colours and included components, is accurate.

Handcrafted products may exhibit subtle variations in embroidery placement, stitching and finishing. Such variations are natural characteristics of traditional craftsmanship, provided they do not materially differ from the advertised product.

Product colours may appear slightly different due to photography, lighting and device display settings.

Material discrepancies, incorrect specifications and genuine product defects remain subject to applicable consumer remedies.

2. Product Availability

Many of our products are offered in limited quantities.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve inventory or guarantee availability.

Orders are subject to stock availability and successful payment confirmation.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform the customer and offer an appropriate alternative or a full refund for the unavailable item.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased where reasonably necessary to manage limited stock or prevent misuse.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable storefront currency and are subject to any taxes or additional charges disclosed at checkout.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed before order confirmation.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout, including approved third-party payment providers.

We do not intentionally store complete customer payment-card details on our own systems.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, calculation or technical errors. If such an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and offer the opportunity to accept the corrected terms or receive a full refund.

We will not increase the amount charged for a completed purchase without the customer's agreement.

4. Order Acceptance and Verification

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order.

We may conduct reasonable verification to prevent fraud, confirm product availability or resolve material inconsistencies in an order.

Orders may be cancelled where there is substantiated evidence of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, an obvious pricing error, stock unavailability or another legitimate inability to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

We will not cancel confirmed orders arbitrarily or engage in unfair trade practices.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Timeless Chikankari ships to destinations made available at checkout.

International delivery is available only for destinations enabled on our website.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, holidays, customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.

Applicable remedies for undelivered, materially delayed or incorrectly fulfilled orders remain available under consumer protection laws.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Eligible products delivered within India may qualify for one discretionary exchange request within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.

Discretionary exchanges are generally available only for unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut and unaltered products that meet our published eligibility requirements.

Returns or exchanges for personal preferences, incorrect selections or changes of mind may be limited as described in that policy.

We do not routinely provide monetary refunds solely for changes of mind.

However, defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed products remain eligible for appropriate remedies under applicable law.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched.

Approved pre-dispatch cancellations qualify for a full refund.

After dispatch, routine cancellation may not be possible, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Approved refunds will ordinarily be initiated within 7 business days after the relevant verification or approval process is completed, subject to any shorter legally required timeline.

Actual crediting times may depend on banks and payment processors.

8. International Orders, Customs and Duties

Customers ordering from outside India acknowledge that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs inspections and destination-country regulations.

Applicable customs and import-charge arrangements will be communicated before international orders are accepted.

Unless expressly included in the checkout total or otherwise agreed, destination-country import charges may be payable by the recipient.

International transactions are subject to payment-provider approval, applicable export regulations and courier service availability.

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable destination-country laws remain unaffected.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or third-party service disruptions.

We may update website content and product information from time to time.

Changes to website content will not retrospectively alter agreed purchase terms without the customer's consent, except where required by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Timeless Chikankari is not responsible for losses caused solely by customer misuse, unauthorized third-party actions or circumstances genuinely beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from applicable consumer protection obligations, fraud or other legally recognized misconduct.

Customers retain all mandatory statutory remedies.
